configure postfix to use SMTPS..

Hey!
I'm currently trying to configure my postfix..
So I've got a question..

How can I configure postfix to send mails with port 465, SSL?

I am not talking about Thunderbird > Postfix.. I'm talking about Postfix > mymailadresse@gmail.com.

Is this possible?

Cause my ISP has closed the port 25. And I can't get my postfix to use their relayhost.
