making new threads [split]

My Apologies if I am hijacking this topic, but 30 Minutes of Site Search how to make a New Thread has yielded no answers, and thus I am stuck with making a Post in some Thread to find out.

Well, you might try clicking the big "New Thread" buttons at the top and bottom of the forum...

If there was, I would not posted this, as it would as obvious as the Reply Button I used to make this Post.

I checked the 'Page Source', and it also shows no such Button.

I would assume if I backspace from this Thread, hit 'Refresh' I would see a 'New Thread' Button. But there isn't.

Either that, or I am not on a Forum Page, but somewhere else.

When you go back, does what you see look like this screenshot?

Ok, I figured out what went wrong.

I came to this Thread ---> "Newer Posts" ... which is a Search Page, not a Forum Category.

Maybe a Mod could toast my Posts, so as to not cont. hijacking the OP's Thread.
