Anyone notice bookmarks not saved in Shiretoko?

I just noticed this morning that some bookmarks I'd saved using Shiretoko (FF3.5) did not show up in saved bookmarks in Shiretoko. Doesn't matter if I go to View > Sidebar or to Bookmarks itself - they're just not there.

Since Shiretoko shares the same profile as FF 3.0.8 I looked and the bookmarks I saved using Shiretoko show up normally in FF 3.0.8.

This is the first glitch I've found in FF 3.5 but wanted to see if it's something I'm overlooking or an actual Firefox bug before proceeding with filing a bug report in Firefox dev.

Well, I figured it out .......... sort of!

I'd been using "private browsing" before I shut Shiretoko down and I guess it stayed there even after closing it last night, so it was still restarting in "private browsing" mode every time I'd restart it.

Not sure if that's normal behavior or not. I guess for now it would be a good idea to check before trying to save anything. Kind of odd though that what I saved showed up in Firefox 3.0.8.

I should add that I'm using the actual Mozilla build of 3.0.8 rather than the one from the repos. Shiretoko is from the repos.

I wish I could find a way to have each use only it's own profile!
