I need a simple rule for:

- Port scan,
- TCP SYN Flooding,
- Smurf Attack,
- Stacheldraht1 Attack,
udp attack ,icmp attack

I do not understand what problem you are having.

You download snort rules from here :

You must register, subscribe, or use the old rules released 7/22/05
