Eclipse Plug-Ins... Bulk Install?

Would this work with Ubuntu? Can anyone tell me what directories to replace?

I've had scads of problems with plugins.. I hope this would resolve. UML tools in particular haven't worked.

I cannot really understand what your problem is...

The article is mainly about how to install all-in-one WTP.
And I think you can do the same in Ubuntu.
