You want to download the tarball (tar.gz). Save to Desktop, then copy + paste each of these commands in the Terminal (Applications > Accessories > Terminal) and press enter after each. Replace [name of file] with the name of the file, and [username] with your username.

Then go to System > Preferences > Appearence and select the theme

can you give me a screen shot to help me XD i can't get the commands right

[EDIT] Never mind! sorry! did this wrong! wait for next edit for correction please. Sorry!

[EDIT] This is all you have to do:

Download the theme tarball (tar.gz.) When you click on the link, save it, don't open it.

System > Preferences > Appearance.

Drag the tarball into the Appearance window.

So sorry about the confusion. I was giving you instructions on how to install an ICON theme, not a regular theme. Really sorry. The instructions I gave you are correct this time, I promise!
