Questions about the Wild Dog

Hullo. I'm planning on getting a maxed-out System76 Wild Dog. I have some questions first, though :).

Is core i7 on the horizon or is it not worth waiting?

I haven't really heard much good about ATI on Linux - do the cards have good (preferably free) drivers?

I'm in the UK (yes, I know you only ship to the US & Canada) - any details about the power supply would be appreciated.

The free ATI drivers are still under heavy development with support from ATI but they are mostly functional. Currently the binary FGLRX has much better performance compared to the free driver and is much more likely to have functional hardware video acceleration. Last I checked ATI's drivers were both inferior to the nvidia ones but that certainly is changing fast and they may be caught up this year.
