I would be very greatful if anybody write me an idiot proof guide for turning off the password. Is it possible to always login as root? Because I'm sick of typing it for everithing i want to do or install!
I also hate "keyring password" for the wireless network. Is it possible to turn this off to?
I'm using Ubuntu 8.10...

Any reply telling you how to do this would be a violation of forum policy.

To obtain a root shell simply use
sudo -iin terms of your wireless password, google search.
As stated, while you are free to do as you wish, we do not encourage or promote changing these things on these forums and expect you to be able to learn to do these things for yourself.
The information is easily available via google and all too often people turn these things off , then next thing you know they are asking for support because something broke.
