Booting straight to Mythbuntu?

This may be a very stupid question! If I install Mythbuntu, does it boot straight to Myth TV & not go through all the Ubuntu desktop stuff?

Mythbuntu uses xfce as the desktop. Once you boot up, MB goes into xfce but it will start the backend and frontend automatically so you really don't see the desktop.
