Hey!

I have an aspire one and I finally set up everything so Ubuntu works quite fine!
The only thing I miss is a program like magix music maker - I mean an easy to use program in which you can drag the loops (that come with it) and create some music. I allready tried tonsof tools (muse, ardour, hydrogen, qsynth,ZynAddSubFX, etc.) but they're all not what I was looking for.
I would appreciate any help!

Thanks,:)
Luca

Give a try to LMMS (http://lmms.sourceforge.net/) (aka Linux MultiMedia Studio).

+1 on lmms, just make sure your running latest ver 0.4.3

it has a few loops that come with it, but alot more samples so you can build your own loops

LMMS is great for people coming from the FL Studio world.

definitely, it even provides the facility to import FL studio project files, although i can't say how well this function works as i've never had to use it.
