Jaunty problems in the wrong place

Would it be possible to but up one of those banners at the top of the page like when a new release comes out. To point people with Januty problems to Januty Testing & Discussion.

I have lost count of the number of posts I have asked the mods to move to the correct place.

Some of those post are slipping off the first page, where they may not get answered.
