mouse does not "feel good" on eee pc?

Hi!
The mouse does not "feel good" on my eee pc? I'm not sure I can explain it better, perhaps there is someone here who used intrepid or hardy before and their eee pc and know use/tried Jaunty that can confirm this?

Mine feels somewhat more like it used to in Intrepid when I play with the sensitivity settings.

its nasty. jumps around when my finger touches the pad and is plain slow. I really hope they fix this, its one of the main reasons im still running intrepid on it. my desktop is running jaunty and is great (although unminimize and maximize are acting weird, I have like a 5 second delay before unminimizing/maximizing for some reason)

Are you running the netbook remix? Mine did the same thing under the remix, but works perfectly running the regular distribution.

I am running the Netbook Remix and the mouse is, to put it nicely, terrible. It jumps between lifting of the fingers -- is really difficult to use.

Did you "reinstall" the regular distribution or just "switch desktop mode" to see the improvement?

Me too have the regular installation
