Is there a way to change the login screen's cursor??

Just for the login screen or in general. I don't know if you can just change the login screen cursor.

i know how to change the cursor theme in general, but it doesnt apply to the
login screen cursor.

Maybe try different login screen themes from www.gnome-look.org and going to System, Administration, Login Window

is it related to the gdm theme?? i use arc-colors gdm theme.

Yeah, I was talking about the gdm theme.

I'm not sure how to change the cursor though.

i found this link (http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=284915&highlight=mouse+cursor+theme+gdm) ,and it solved the problem (not a big problem though) thanks for your help. :D
