Recently did a fresh install of Jaunty Beta on my MacTel Macbook and I figured that I'd share a few of the issues that I've run across. Please feel free to share any issues that you are having as well.

Issue 1: While connected to wired power the left-rear near the power port side gets abnormally warm. Like scary warm. This is *NOT* like the increase in warmth documented under Intrepid, which was hard drive related and located to left front.

Issue 2: Gui lockups while Compiz is running. The mouse does not freeze but the gnome/compiz gui is frozen and does not un-freeze.

Issue 3: Sound works but only via the headphone port. Following the documentation for getting the internal speaker to work..well does not work under Jaunty.

So far these are the only major issues that I've encountered.
