So I had to uninstall the Jaunty Beta with Wubi (long story, got corrupted and stuff and uninstalling was the safest solution), and now that I am planning on installing it again I was thinking about trying out other distros and utilizing all that empty storage space I have on my laptop. I currently have XP running on my computer, and here are the multiple options I am considering. Anybody care to recommend the smartest/safest/best solution?

Option 1: Install Ubuntu with Wubi, then create partitions for the other distro(s)

Option 2: Partition it out for Ubuntu and the other distro(s)

Option 3: Just do Ubuntu, don't waste your time (putting this up here with a grain of salt)

Option 3: Use Wubi and the equivalent for another distro (does a Wubi-type application exist for other distros)?

Any help would be amazing :)

If you want to have multiple boot with other distros I would suggest you option 2, you can found good reference information on this link, http://users.bigpond.net.au/hermanzone/
