"show desktop" shortcut changing?

I am using Hardy, and I can't figure out how to change the show desktop shortcut from Ctrl + Alt + D to something else. Any ideas? I can't find a "show desktop" under keyboard short cuts.

It's listed as "Hide all normal windows and set focus to the desktop background" under "Window Management."

Not the best description, I know, but it's probably what you're looking for.
