Games Goblin

We all know that audio/video conferencing app is elusive in Linux. But recently I stumbled upon TokBox -- a flash web based site that allows you tovideo chat with anyone (GTalk, Yahoo, etc etc)
I signed up for it and made a call to one of my friends, but to my dismay Flash was not detecting my microphone and my webcam -- I could hear my friend talking and could see his webcam
I tested my mic by recording in the Sound Recorder (Applications -> Sound Recorder) it works fine and also my webcam too is detected and working out of the box ( It works ok in EKIGA )
My mic shows up as "Linux Microphone"
