HI, I notice some posts I made in other websites which when I look at them ends up being a security risk for my website.

Is their any way I can remove these posts from showing up in the google search engine?

I did e-mail the webmaster last month asking if they can delete that post andI explained the problem.

I got no reply from them.

So is their any way I can manually take out the posts I made from the google search engine?

None that I am aware of.

Anything on the web is fair game to the google bots.

If the actual content is changed, google will reflect that change after a few weeks. But if you can't persuade the web administrator of wherever your details are to edit them, you might be out of luck.

It would be better to close these security holes on your site.

There is something called robots.txt which lets you allow or disallow certain pages or search engine bots from scraping data into their servers.

You can in fact have them remove things from google results, look at the google webmaster tools. You will have to follow their instructions to prove you own the site in question, but they then offer the ability to have a little control over what comes up in a search, you can submit sitemaps, and request page removal.

Are those tools available if the content you want to remove is not your own website?

I thought that was what the OP was asking.

No the webmaster tools require to you place a file on the root of the website you want to work on to prove you own it, sorry :(

This still will not remove it everywhere once it gets all over the web. Other search engines will pick it up and index it, and then there are the web archival services like the wayback machine.

He should just realize that he has learned a valuable lesson on posting information on a public web site. It's a tough lesson to learn, but he'll never forget it for sure.
