I managed to compile the right drivers for the usb stick, now the led light works. metv will display some channels but kaffine won't work at all.
Doesn't scan for channels or nothing.

I have the latest kaffine .0.8.7 installed.

2 things. How do I get kaffine working. metv doesn't do it for me.
And are there any other good digital tv viewing programs I could use
which are in the repositories?

Does anybody know if 9.04 will fully support the 101e like ubuntu has already done for the 100 usb plugin???

just try out the live cd of 9.04 to see if it works. i use vlc for tv, so i don't know much about kaffiene. you could try tvtime to see how it works.

After watching TV using ME-TV for a while, I got pissed at Kaffine
and started banging the keyboard like a monkey.

I figured if a monkey could install debian, then I could get Kaffine
running.

I couldn't get Kaffine to scan for channels. So I kept playing around
with that. When Kaffine was up, went into preferences and changed a few things then changed them back and hit ok.

Well, appearently this caused kaffine to save a config file!
And it started scanning!!!!

This bug they could fix easy....

BUT, btw,, we could use a scan button for me-tv also as I'm always in a different town every couple of days and it would be nice to rescan me-tv
without having to delete the config files manually from my home directory.

That seemed rather awkward...

Anywho. There you go. No matter where you go, there you are....
