Install Emerald theme manager

I cant find it in the parkage manager, I searched and searched but none.

Make sure you have the universe repository enabled, System, Administration, Software Sources.

It wont be in add/remove, it will be in synaptic package manager, located under system> administration> synaptic package manager.
Tip: dont use the auto search bar in synaptic, instead hit the "search" button.

Also, it is in Synaptic as Emerald not Emerald Theme Manager
