Im looking for a game where the pvp means something and can have a major impact on the world.

and I also want their to be a struggle between 2 or more factions, with an element where the guild builds something to contribute to this struggle (ie fort or castle), such as Shadow of Legend does. Now im playing a new released game Darkfall, but it's not my taste.

SO, any recommendations?

I do not know if you can build fortresses but there are few fortresses that are being fought over.

perhaps you might be more interested in savage 2 as there you can build buildings, but it is only 2 teams fighting each other (correct me if Im wrong). It takes actual skills of the players behalf to hit or miss.
