Removing Virtualbox hardrive partition? Will I lose it completely as it says?

I'm uninstalling virtualbox and want to reclaim the space I gave it. Here is what it says:

If I remove it, will that space go back to it's original OS. I'm running dual boot, Vista and ubuntu. The virtualbox install was just a test. I've already deleted XP from it, now just need to know if I'm going to lose this space if I delete it or will it go back to Vista where I took it from?

If you are no longer using xp in virtualbox then it is fine to click delete. The space will go back to the original OS.
