Hi,

Sorry if I'm posting this in the wrong forum.

I've been dual-booting with Windows XP for a few weeks, and am using Windows less and less. The only thing I really miss is a small app. from Vision Australia - the Colour Contrast Analyser for Web pages (http://www.visionaustralia.org.au/info.aspx?page=628). I found this really useful, but it's only available for Windows, and it's driving me nuts booting into Windows just to check colour combinations.

Can anyone tell me if there's anything similar available for Ubuntu?

Use Wine under Linux.

After you sudo apt-get install wine, run wine <Windows executable>, where <Windows executable> is an executable file.

Thanks. I suppose that was obvious, but I've never thought about Wine before as I don't really need to run any other Windows app.

Thanks again. It works a treat, and I was doubly delighted to discover I could add a launcher to the panel for easy access.
