Panel Applications/MainMenu

Hi Guys

I mistakingly managed to get rid of my top panel but have got it all back again except the Applications/Main Menu. I can get the main menu from the left click but don't know where to find it to place it back in the top panel.

Where's it hiding and how can I get it back to where it belongs? I've tried a lot of the Gnome hints but this seems peculiar to Xfce.

Right click on the panel >Add New Item >Xfce Menu. Some people are just too stupid to use Linux. Idiot.

Oh! It was me who asked the question.

All sorted now.
