Well, here's the issue- Gamemon USB controller (plug and play) worked immediately upon plugging in on two different Ubuntu PCs. Still works on the desktop, but suddenly stopped working on this laptop, both running 8.10.
We were playing a game, shut down, packed up, went to a friend's, started up again (no updates, just a clean shutdown and startup), and suddenly it doesn't work.
We used lsusb and no matter what USB we plugged into, it wouldn't detect anything. At all.
But it still works perfectly on the other computer.
Anyone have an idea of how to diagnose/fix the problem?? @,@
