Hydrogen/JACK no audio in headphones

Hi
Hydrogen outputs audio through the speakers (And mutes them when I have the headphones plugged in) but no audio comes through. I know my headphones work because they work in Amarok.

I'm running Intrepid on a Macbook 2,1

I'd like to update this - it appears that it's just JACK that doesn't output audio to the headphones, not exclusively Hydrogen.

Very bizarre and I'd be interested to hear how this is resolved, but you're probably better off posting with the audio guys than in the Apple forum.
