Nice ;).
In fact, very nice indeed. When I get the time I might give it a go.

Yeah I think you kept the ubuntu feel.
It looks no more like a mac than AVN does...

Very Nice, it has the ubuntu essence and isn't as heavy as Dust.
i think that it should be the default one on Karmic. At least, it's the default one for me now.
Congratulations for the great work.
PS: I prefer the Gnome-Colors icon-theme. (Gnome-human)

It's nice but I think the "shiny and reflective" graphics have been overdone by Apple during the last ten years. It's getting old and Ubuntu needs to set a new trend.

Ubuntu is based of debian, and therefore it wasn't designed to set a new trend, simply to make whats already there as good as it can be, and it couldn't have done a better job in my opinion, ubuntu totally rocks!!!!
Sure this theme is a bit "Mac-cy" but I don't think thats a bad thing.
Ubuntu can look however it likes if you ask me - it can be based on something already there, or it can be something entirely new. As long as its the best ;).
Thats my stance on things anyway :).
