Uable to get share list from server

This is what I get when I try to access my network (both ways). My mounted shares work fine, but the rest the network is in accessable. As you can see from the screenshot, there are no computers when there should be three. When I click on Windows Shares, I get that error. HELP PLEASE

I am also having this problem. My windows machine can see my Ubuntu shares, and I can access the Windows shares from my Vista dual boot so I know the permissions are set correctly.
I also cannot get the printer to work even though I can add it in through the Samba interface. I get an access denied error. I have recently upgraded to 8.10 in spite of what my profile claims...
