Question about Installing Eclipse

I found in the Ubuntu Wiki mention of how to get Eclipse installed - here (https://wiki.ubuntu.com/EclipseIDE). I found Eclipse-jdt in Synaptic, but when I mark it for installation, it tells me that it'll have to uninstall Azureus. I'm guessing maybe because of a different version or something with the Java IDE? If Azureus is removed, will I be able to just re-install it?

Sorry for the noob questions - still getting my ubuntu up and running.

I don't know, I'll try tonight, but worst case scenerio, just do it, if you can't, then take eclipse off if you don't want it. There are other bittorrent clients that may be able to take the place of eclipse as well. Good luck, experiement, and have fun!
