Youtube and flash video resets randomly after update

I just applied the regular update and now youtube and every other site that uses flash video is acting oddly.
The video seems to reset back to the beginning and stop and shows no sign it ever buffered.
I've also noticed that often it will reset as soon as the buffering is complete.
Any ideas what this is?

I don't think updates have any thing to do with your problem, sometimes firefox and flash do strange things, try reinstalling flash.
