Im having trouble with Installing Guest Addition. Here is the situation,

Host OS : Windows XP
Guest OS: Ubuntu 9.04 alpha 6

I've successfully installed the guest addition by using terminal. But when I restart the Ubuntu, I get a warning that say

Unknown X Window System Installed. Not installing X Window System Drivers

How can I Fix this? The xorg.conf isnt working, and I have to run Ubuntu Desktop on a Low Graphic Mode. Any helpful idea?

You are running an alpha, so you should be reporting this as a bug.

You should expect problems if you are running an Alpha, that is why it is an alpha.

I am going to move this to the development forums now.

It is working for me at the moment, I have the latest version of VirtualBox on a Fedora host with an up to date alpha.

Best of luck.
