dear all:
i am new fresh with ubuntu,well i was able to boot from the cd,But when i reach the menu that contains the
try ubuntu without
install ubuntu
check cd
etc.
the qustion is why when i click on the install now,nothing happens.it is not doing anything.
please can anyone help thanks.
i am using dell inspiron 6400,with vista installed.

Have you tried the check CD option?

nothing happens just freez but i can move between options but when i click on anything nothing happens,try to read and take from the cd but stops after with no error.

Ok. This may sound silly but, I don't think "clicking" will do anything. I believe you need to press "Enter"

Did you check md5 before burning cd?

This is likely to be an error with burning the CD.
