guest os installation SLOW vmware server 2

hi guys; something is going wrong in my vmware server 2 installation, i have my vmware server on a ubuntu intrepid ibex server, whenever i try to install a fresh guest os, any windows/linux guest it takes AGES; but when i run any of my already created guest os they run fine, i dont know whats happening.

Hmm, VMware 2.0 should not be lightly discarded. It should be thrown, with great force. You either have to upgrade to a 1.x version or get VMware Workstation.
