Sun Virtual Machine

I am having trouble when trying to print from VM to my printer.
It attempts to but hangs and the window is greyed.
Printer works fine in ubuntu 8.10.
I think it may be a conflict, but do not know how to resolve it

Could you tell us how you solved this problem? It's interesing for us to know how to do it. I tried make this, but when the printer is a HP from another server, I can't!
