Chillstream only works as a mouse

Hi all,

My chillstream is only recognized as a mouse, and not as a gamepad.
In Wine (race wtcc game) it recognizes my chillstream (it's in the list) but I'm unable to use it.
I'm using a Logitech mx510 as a mouse, is there a conflict there?

I'm running ubuntu 8.10, can anyone help me on this?
