Hey all,

I'm a new user to ubuntu, and I really like it a lot. I'm on an Acer Aspire 5520 with an Atheros AR5BXB63 wifi card. I've got it set up to dualboot XP, and I intend to use Ubuntu as my main OS. I got most of my drivers working and got my wireless up with out much trouble with ndiswrapper. My network worked great for a while.

My problem came when I installed Dansguardian. It blocked the whole internet (my computer illiterate father got quite a laugh about "very good filtering"). I uninstalled dansguardian, but now my connection tells me the it can't find "useable proxy configuration file", or won't connect at all to my wireless

Ubuntu recognises my card, and will show me all wireless neworks in the area, so I'm kinda baffled. If anyone can help, I'd greatly appreciate it.

EDIT: I've solved this problem.
