I have folders shared from a server using NFS. I don't need to automatically mount them every time I boot (in fstab) because I rarely use them. However, it is a drag to have to go to a command prompt to mount them when I do want to use them (and some other users are not technical enough to do that). Is there a way to add a menu option in the Places menu that will automatically mount one of them when it is selected (similar to the way NTFS partitions appear on that menu)?
