Hello,
I have two computers at home (some more, but the other family members prefer windows).
To simplify I'll call them Desktop and Eee (since that's their function/type).
I activated in the pulseaudio-server options that network access is allowed to local sound devices (I do not know the exact wording since I'm using a German localization), that they are discoverable and that discoverable sound devices are available locally.
I did that on both devices and I can switch the default source or server and start an application and the sound is played correctly on the other server (either as the other sink or directly on the other server through its default sink - I hope you understand what I mean).
And it works fantastic. But since the eee-sink is available as default sink from my desktop I thought I could use the "Volume Control"-program and move a stream to that sink but only the local device is available to move the stream to.
Is this the right behaviour? I thought since the discoverable device is made available locally it should be a choice to move the stream to, shouldn't it?
I've attached two screenshots that explain what I mean.
If this is expected behaviour, how is it possible for me to move a stream (amarok for example) from Desktop to Eee for keeping my music while I'm on the move (within my home wi-fi)?
Greetings from Leipzig, Germany.
