I'm looking for the take-apart / hardware / service manual for the pangolin.

My immediate goal is to determine specs of flash drive to purchase to replace HD.

My next goal is to do the replacement.

TIA

All you have to do is remove the rectangular panel on the bottom, slide the hard drive out, and slide the new one in.

Any SATA laptop drive should work fine.

Thanks:

I is my plan to buy this SSD:
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820227373

and this USB/SATA enclosure to clone the drive and later use for HDD as backup/disaster recovery:

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817193030

The SSD is small compared to the $300-$400 models but it is about 8 times larger than my current disc usage.

It is also slower than top of line SSD but again much faster than the HDD.

Hmm, that almost seems more affordable than what they used to cost.. I'll be keeping my eye on SSD moreso now.. Definately would like to eliminate that bottleneck :)
