Hi

First some advice !!!

Don't shout (capital letters) on this forum as you upset the very people who will help you.

More details of your problem would be helpful, does your box not see the printer, have you installed CUPS,the printer system for Linux,HP are very Linux friendly and look for HPLIP in synaptic which is the HP printing package.

Thank you so much for taking the time to help me.
I found my answer meanwhile at systems, and followed the instructions on the screen.
This will make you laugh:o my tower plug-in was not plugged in somehow!
Oh brother, anyway , isn't it nice to know people are out there helping one another ! I love Ubuntu!!!:P:P
I never yell, I just find it sooooooo much faster to use all capitals , instead of having to stop to press (shift button).
Sorry to have offended you .

Clive, was that a picture of a cat? Could not see clearly, as it is so dark.

You are too cool, Acer Extensa !
