Can someone tell me how please? I made a server in school for a project, using one of the school's IP Addresses. But I need to configure DHCP on it, and I obviously can't use all the schools IP addresses, so I need a virtual network.

Also, mind telling me how to configure DHCP? Nothing I'm finding is very helpful.

This (http://www.ubuntugeek.com/how-to-install-and-configure-dhcp-server-in-ubuntu-server.html) may help... happy hunting!

Well, that helps a bit, thanks. But I'm still wondering how to set it up virtually. My server is run on my school's IP address of 172.20.50.12, and I want the domain for my server to be 192.168.1.0 based.
