I have a 3 machines:

Dell E6400 which has a Broadcom STA wireless card running Ubuntu 8.04
Dell 610 which has a Intel PRO 2200BG wireless card running Kubuntu 8.04
Toshiba Satellite which has a Intel PRO 2200BG wireless card running Ubuntu 8.04

I was testing my machines against my freindly neighbours connection the other day. They gave me their network key as my service was out.

The E6400 and the Toshiba will NOT connect to the HomeHub no matter what I try. The Dell 610 will connect just fine. I also can boot the Dell 610 into windows XP which connects fine too. In conclusion the only common denominator here is the machines running Ubuntu 8.04. Is there a chance the Ubuntu and Kubuntu have different drivers for the same card (Intel PRO 2200BG) and for the Broadcom STA, is there better drivers available. Or... is it a problem with Gnome network manager?

The HomeHub Access point is showing up as WPA2 with AES under windows.
