Hi.

I am running intrepid ibex on an old acer aspire laptop with a inprocomm ipn2220 wifi card.

I have the card working with ndisgtk, but am unable to connect to my home network, which I beleive is wpa protected. When I select the network, it asks me for the password, it thinks about it for a bit then gives me the same dialog again, but this time, the password box is filled with letters and numbers.

So far I have tried using wifi-radar and wicd, but to no avail (wicd actually doesn't show any wireless networks). I have also tried manually editing my /etc/wpa_supplicant.conf file and connecting manually using iwconfig.

Any suggestions?

nb - I have not yet tried any other networks - simply because I havn't taken the laptop out the house - and all the local networks are password protected.
