Hi all,
I have a machine running MythBuntu 8.04.1 Ubuntu with the following:
P4 3Ghz
1G RAM
160G HDD + 500G HDD
2 x PVR-150 tuners
nVidia 128Mb video
Sound is from the onboard audio card (generic AC37 I believe, on an ASRock mobo)
Generally all runs well but on the VERY odd occasion, a TV show I've recorded (Buffy last weekend) will suddenly lose sound during the show.
This does not happen commonly, but it has happened twice in the last 7 days or so.
Has anyone any ideas (or links) as to how to address this.
Many thanks for any advice (or referrals to other threads I've not yet found).
