8.10 will not change lnb on DiseqC switch!

Hi, on the same pc I've got 2 install of mythbuntu: one upgraded to 8.10 and one ex novo install to 8.10.
The latter does not change LNB, even if the switch is configured exactly as the first install. It will always scan on LNB 1 regardless of what port is configured in myth.
Of course in VLC and scan you can change LNBs just fine. If you try to import a channel.conf correctly produced by scan it will not tune...

Suggestions? TIA

OK, for those sat junkies getting mad at this - settings for switch boxes for LNBs in mythtv HAVE CHANGED!
For my switch the setings in 7.10 -> 8.04 where "switch type: Tone"
Now in 8.10->9.04 are "switch type: DiSEqC"

This is very tricky, because the hardware is the same, and upgrading a machine with old settings works in 8.10: i.e. I'm dual booting with an 8.10 old system set on Tone, but a fresh 8.10 MUST be set on DiSEqC!

PS: remember the Note: In the current version of MythTV it's not yet possible to alter a DiSEqC connection once it is established. If you still want to do this, you must remove the capture card and add it back (in your configuration menu not your hardware stupid...).
