Which soundcard should i buy?

Well, i am gonna buy a new soundcard soon, and so i wanted to ask the linux community which one to get. now i got an alc97 onboard, and it sux :)
some ppl told me to get an audigy 1, but what about an audigy 2 oder 4?

Got an audigy 2 and it works perfect. So i'll recommend it :) and I have never any problem with esd sound.
