Hi to all!

I am new on Linux and i need your help about some theme problems i have. I found lots of beautiful themes for ubuntu but i cannot get any results like screenshots. I found a theme but i couldnt install completely.

Could you help me? How can i get a ubuntu that seems to like this theme!

just download it to your desktop, right click on a empty spot on your desktop and scroll to the bottom to "change desktop background" to open the appearance preference box. once it opens make sure you have theme selected and drag the whole folder to the box

I am new user but i know how to install gnome theme. =P~=P~ There is lots of packages and i tried to install them but i hadn't get great result.

I installed emerald, etc.. My main problem icons and date/clock style..

to change the look (icons, windows colors etc..) download the ones you like to your desktop, go to Systems (top bar) Preferences, Appearance (make sure you are on Themes) and drag the files from you desktop and drop them onto the themes box. It should ask you if you want to use what was just loaded. If you want to mix and match to see what you like after installing more than on set of icons, etc.. click on customize in the theme tab.
