Whilst grazing wikipedia, I ended up reading about St. Vitus Dance ("http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chorea_%28disease%29) and I noticed this bit in particular:
When chorea is serious, slight movements will become thrashing motions, this form of severe chorea is referred to as "ballism".
Ballism, eh? I wonder who that's named after? ;)

I noticed he shouted himself hoarse, then I read this.
Quoting his entry in Wikipedia
Steve Ballmer has been known to be very passionate in expressing his
enthusiasm. Once his vocal cords required surgery after he screamed "Windows,
Windows, Windows" continuously at a Japan meeting in 1991.

I suggest checking this documentary out. http://www.atmo.se/?pageID=4&articleID=382
It contains the monkeyboy clip, and is also just about visually the most perfect movie I've ever seen.
Bill Gates and Steve Ballmer preaching that the computer will give us peace on earth "bringing people together" while Adbuster Kalle Lasn warns that advertising pollutes us mentally, that over-consumption is unsustainable and that we are running out of oil.
