upgrade compiz fusion

how do i upgrade my compiz fusion to it's new release ....
so that i can use cylinder desktops and many new features of the new release....

well if you have compiz fusion then your update manager will offer you the latest updates. there are extra packages with extra features for compiz-fusion. check em out maybe that`s what you`r looking for

what do u mean by extra packages ??and if i'm right only the new version of compiz fusion supports cylinder desktop.....how do i do that?
