It is currently disabled, along with thanks. Just go to your first post, and click edit, then type Solved at the beginning.

In a post earlier this month I mentioned the "Thank you" feature and the ability to mark your posts "Solved" have been removed. We hope to add them back or find an alternative method that is less intense on our database.
